Subscription Terms & Conditions

Your family’s routine should remain flexible. These terms explain recurring orders, charges, changes and cancellation.

1. Your subscription and recurring charges

A subscription renews automatically at the frequency, quantity and price shown at checkout until you cancel. Before you subscribe, review the selected products, savings, delivery interval, next charge date and total. We charge for each scheduled delivery; the launch offer does not require prepaid multi-delivery commitments. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee.

2. Products and refill intervals

Choose an available refill interval of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 or 12 weeks. Each product may have its own schedule, so products with different intervals may be charged and delivered separately. A refill interval is not dosage advice or a guarantee of how long a product lasts. Follow current labels and suitability guidance. Review your routine as your child or family moves into a new stage.

3. Prices and savings

The actual subscription saving and recurring charge for your selection are displayed before payment. Savings can differ between products and offers. One-time purchases are available at the displayed standard price. We will notify you of changes to future subscription prices before a new charge, allowing you to change or cancel your plan. Discounts do not stack unless expressly stated.

4. Skip, pause, change or cancel

Use the subscription management link in your account or subscription emails to skip a delivery, pause, resume, update your details or cancel future recurring orders. Request changes at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge so we can apply them before processing. Changes made after an order has entered processing may apply to the following delivery. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically cancel an order already processed. Contact subscriptions@naturesniche.net if you need help. We will not change your products or cadence without your choice.

5. Shipping

There is no general free-shipping entitlement. Free shipping is offered only on qualifying subscription orders that meet the offer conditions shown at checkout. The qualifying amount is evaluated for the actual shipment after discounts; separate refill schedules can create separate orders. One-time items, later basket changes or a smaller recurring order may change eligibility. Any shipping charge is shown before you confirm the order.

6. First-order welcome gift

Where the offer is shown, your first qualifying Skin Comfort subscription order includes Rooibos Soap. Other qualifying routine subscriptions include a Magnesium Spray Sample 20ml. One welcome gift per customer, subject to promotional availability and the conditions displayed at checkout. Gifts are not included with every renewal. We will not substitute a gift without telling you. The separate first-order mystery-gift promotion, where displayed, follows its own conditions and does not establish free-shipping eligibility.

7. Stock, delivery and payment issues

Products remain subject to availability. If a scheduled product is unavailable, we will notify you and explain your options before taking payment for an unfulfillable order. No product substitution is made without your agreement. Keep your payment method, address and contact details current. We will tell you if a payment fails and how to update it; a failed payment may delay fulfilment.

8. Returns and support
