Refund policy
Nature's Niche's provision of products and services is contingent on their availability. In the event of unavailability, Nature's Niche will contact you to discuss alternatives.
If the customer has not yet made payment for the order, it can be cancelled. An order can only be cancelled before it is dispatched by Nature's Niche if the buyer has paid for it.
If you receive a product that is damaged or broken, you must notify Nature's Niche within one working day of obtaining it. We shall then make arrangements for you to receive a replacement product on our account or receive a full refund for the damaged or broken merchandise.
All goods come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with a product you received with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with the reason for your discontent. We will offer a return number and a return shipping address if the merchandise is still sealed. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We will evaluate the item upon receipt and, if it is in its original sealed condition, we will issue a refund for the product's value. If you are dissatisfied with the product after opening and/or using it, we will forward your criticism to the manufacturer. The supplier's remedy is then up to their own discretion and Nature's Niche itself will not be held responsible for issuing a refund.
You must inform Nature's Niche within one working day if you receive the incorrect goods. We'll examine our system to see if there was a miss pick. If a mistake was made, we will arrange for the 'wrong' product to be swapped for the one that was properly ordered on our account.
