This calming ayurvedic blend consists of sceletium, chamomile, ashwagandha, and a variety of other ginsengs help calm and soothe an erratic nervous system.  Just a few drops or sprays under the tongue gives quick, effective relief for emotional shock, anxiety, grief, sleeplessness and angry outbursts. The carefully chosen herbs target different aspects of the nervous system, while the variety of ginsengs have a potent adaptogenic effect on the entire body.  Calm AF is a trusted natural treatment for acute stress and anxiety.
