Dosage:

Adults:
20 -30 drops on 1/4 cup of hot water daily.
Use 3-6 x daily if severe

Kids
3 and under : 5 drops hot water 3 x daily.
4-8 years : 5-10 drops 3 x daily.

8+ 10-15 drops 3 x daily.

Once a day as maintenance.
