DOSAGE:
¼- ½ teaspoon daily in a glass of water, with ¼ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda which acts to buffer it. It may be taken with collagen to enhance the efficacy of collagen. In a litre of water to sip on daily: add 2 tsp in to a litre with a ½ tsp of bicarbonate of soda and drink throughout the day.
